So, Happy Easter everyone who cares. I still have to work today, so I don't so much. My kids will be psyched, but me... another day leading up to my eventual execution. I love my job, but I feel like my bosses would be really happy to see me go. Not that they don't particularly like me, but the bastards are constantly thinking they can find someone more perfect for half the money. I hate this frickin' economy. My boss actually told me that the idea right now is spend as much time finding the right person as possible (which I like that idea) and then fire them if they mess up once (what!!!!). Then they wonder why people make mistakes. I had a boss once who walked in and said it's all about performance, but if you're a high character person, I'll do everything I can to help you to achieve our goals. That concept went out with the economy.
