my shoulders are still sore from my tumble on monday. tumble . . . near death experience . . same thing. heh. so i feel you. it's crappy.

thanks for your good thoughts, i've pretty much been asking anyone and everyone. he's been one of my best friends for 5 or so years, and it's just frustrating because there's nothing i can do, i can't bring him anything. *sigh*

ever since i read about white ink tattoos i've been fascinated by them. i think they're beautiful and subtle, and while they could be seen as a copout (by not getting a noticable tattoo) i see it as something more personal.

the stars on my hands would probably be the most personal but i don't think i'm ready to get them yet.
perdita:
yeah they're a lot better than they were in that picture, i've been pretty good about taking care of them. and andy is better since he's getting out today!!! i'm so happy! *hugsback*

I thought about getting LASIK done also but something about it just totally freaks me out.

You sound super busy.

I'm sure you'll do great, but for future reference you may want to avoid saying Right now, I pose a very real threat to myself to folks who work in the mental health field....

LASIK, eh? I thought about doing that. But 1 thing stopped me (besides the cost). I need bi-focals (for reading and seeing up close...something almost EVERYONE needs in time), and LASIK doesn't fix that.

So, while I was taking photos, I wouldn't need glasses, except for those times when I go to look at the LCD on the camera or to check a photo to see how it's turned out....and then I'd still need to put on reading glasses. Seemed like more of a hassle for me. That's my situation anyway, I"m sure it's not yours.

Good luck on that. I'd kill to be able to do LASIK and not need the reading glasses so often. kiss kiss
