Well here I am shaved all over and looking at the sky. There has to be at least one song for each day, and some days many you must sing: i.e.
I closed my eyes drew back the curtain, to be for certain what I thought I knew.
Far Far away someone was weeping, but the world was sleeping, Any Dream will do.
I wore my coat with golden lining,
Bright colours shining, wonderful and new
And in the east, the dawn was breaking
And the world was waking
Any dream will do
A crash of drums, a flash of light
My golden coat flew out of sight
The colours faded into darkness
I was left alone
May I return to the beginning
The light is dimming, and the dream is too
The world and I, we are still waiting
Still hesitating
Any dream will do
Was thinking back about rock climbing once in the Unitah Mountains. There was this outcropping of about fifty shear feet of rock wall. Climbing safety says if ya get any higher than your shoulders you should wear a safety rope. Of course I didn't. I worked my way up and approaced the top which I could see was going to be tricky since the top extended outwards from underneath. I had to continue, no going back and sometimes when you do something stupid you have to finish it. So I took the chance and reached up and over onto the top of the rock which was level and no hand hold to cling to or pull me up by. I had to just bring my body up straight with my arms like a pull up. I could feel there was a gritty surface on the rock and no handhold or traction. As I exerted myself heavily and brought my eyes up level with the top, hugging the cliff to keep my balance inward, I saw that the grit was from a red ant hill and my hands a few inches from my face were covered with ants. My reaction was to reel backwards and away which would have thrown me into space and down onto some jagged rocks below. I felt my body and mind clash. My body starting to make a disasterous move and my mind canceling out the natural reaction. It was a near thing and I let myself shakily back down my weight on the toehold but already feeling the ant stings on my hands. I gave it a second pull and heaved myself up and over, rolled and commenced to slap the ants off of my hands.
