I started working out again. I decided it was time. I feel like I have kind of slowed my weight loss with just eating slower, but that is ok, I want this to be a life changing journey one step at a time. Adding them in one at a time is usually better for me in helping new things stick.
I feel good about myself though. I feel amazing for one of the first times in my life. I mean looking at me isn't disgusting anymore. I feel like I don't need to do that stuff that I use to, the bad behavior is gone. I can't describe the feeling of when you break through that. I don't hide food, I don't get up and eat in the middle of the night when my fianc' is asleep, I don't lie about things that I've eaten. Did I ever feel that I would get a hold of this and conquer it and start to really live my life? No I never thought that I would be able to live like that.
Yay!

one step at a time is the best way to do it. if you do too much at once, your body freaks out and that's generally where people fail. you are being smart. and i think you are lovely!
