It's 2 days after christmas, and that means we have about 4 gallons of ice cream in our house. Yum, right? But I've been eating it nonstop. I'm trying to lose weight (well, thinking about it is more accurate, since i'm obviously not TRYING very hard) and I got curious as to how many pounds I'd gain if i ate one gallon of ice cream, assuming it was all calories beyond what I need to survive. I did the math, and one gallon of Dreyer's spumoni ice cream is 2, 100 calories.
I could eat a little less than one of those a day and be fine.
NOICE. Obviously I'd die of malnutrition somewhere along the line, but it's nice to know that I can eat a little ice cream if I want to.
