Good gig tonight. It was Gavin's first gig with us(he's our new bass player and our web designer) and Matt's last.
However the support band Dustin's Barmitzvah (good name, shit band, even shittier people) used our gear without our permission and fucked up my amp (in a way that couldnt be done unless it was an act of god or, dare I say it, deliberate). In all the years I have been on the scene, I have NEVER met as big a bunch of hairy assholes. Ever.
*Deep breath*
All else is good.
Apparently we have fans at a radio station in Montana (how they found out about us is anybody's guess) which I think is pretty cool.
My better half is coming down to visit this weekend. Hoorah.
Also tidied my mohican today. I decided to wet shave instead of using clippers. Very strange experience. Kinda nice, though, reminds me of stroking those bald cats.....

Had intended to see your band but there was one support band too many - I have to get up at 4.30 & the thought of not getting home till 1-1.30am & up again 3 hrs later defeated me (I know I'm a wuss!) - pity they bothered booking Dustbins Barmitzvah at all after reading your journal..
And with regard to those dicks - what goes around, comes around, I hope with interest.
I'll get to see your band next time even if it means taking the following day off
