Merry Christams everyone.
I had the most amazing night last night. I went to my friend Roy's house and we had the most amazing food all night long.
It started off with an appetizer course of Quail, Saaid, and Sardines. With over 10 selections of both white and red wine. Following this we had potatos with green beans, and Red Snapper sauted with herbs, garlic, and vegtables, including this Spiced Indian Sausage, the entire meal was amazing and tasted so good.
Roy lives in the Tung Fa Noodle Factory building in Brooklyn, it is the first huge building you see to the left of the Williamsburg Bridge as you cross over into Brooklyn. The place was huge with the most incredible design and layout. It was almost magical.
The people were great, and as it would turn out, I met the owner of the Radio Station where I work, and we shared some really good ideas. He and I were on the same page fora lot of it, and I hope that it brings more opportunity my way. The big thing is that the station is under construction and will outfitted to support live bands on the air. He said that he could use help getting bands booked on the air. So, we'll see. Because I have a ton of folks I could get on there.
I had to leave early last night to get ready for the trip to Gradma's house today. But not before stopping to see some friends and delivering some last minute gifts. I got home and took a nap in the hammoack, listening to the sounds outside of my apartment. It was very peaceful.
My brother Larry just called and will be here in 20 minutes to pick me up. I'm lookig forward to spending the day with family. Well I hope
