Good to see an update. Hmmm...so, how does your friend oversimplify the idea of introverts versus extraverts. The more evolved people believe in being friends with everybody? I think it would sort of come down to personal preference. I have no interest in having multiple partners. But, since I've been single for over seven years, I'd kinda be happy just having one partner. If she's an amazing friend and lover, I can't picture wanting more partners in my life. I guess if things lost their spark or one of us traveled a lot, so that we didn't get to spend much time together, there would be advantages to having additional partners to sort of fill in the gaps. But, I'm not sure the original relationship would be worth maintaining. It obviously wouldn't be the same relationship at that point. I still say it's up to the individuals which choice is right for them.
