The new job is fun!!! and not too hard at all, I'm down to 176 lbs now, aiming at dropping another 20. I don't plan on doing any weightlifting this time around as weight lifting and cycling go together about as well as oil and vinegar. I did a pretty damn good job at shaving my legs today too, I usually use one of those Norelco electric body groomers but I took the time to do it with a razor proper like and I wish I had the time to do it more often.
In other news, I almost had a nasty case of road rash 2 days ago. It was just after a rain and it was muddy, cold, and wet. I slid like 1/4th the way across this bridge in terry hershey park, must have slid a couple feet as my bike was falling to it's side and then a few more feet on my right leg, lol. Luckily I had the hydroplane effect going on for me and didn't get many scratches but got a few that aren't bleeding, looks more like a cat scratched my leg. thank god my legs aren't as hairy as my arms are, though my pedal did kind of imprint on my left shin lol. Funnnnnnnnnnnnn rode 22 miles in 1hr 27 mins not bad considering it was cold, muddy, wet, slippery and I fell once. Had to ride home with my rear brakes wide open since they were locking closed for some reason right after I fell, got home showered, changed, went to work. All went good.

My son and I both have our bikes here in Houston. I can't teach my son to ride without training wheels though...........it sorta sucks. haha
