After 2 weeks of training indoors on a Blackburn Trakstand Ultra trainer, watching and paying careful attention to Chris Carmichaels cycling vids I rode 40 miles and increased my average speed by 1.2mph.

Go me!

Ohh yeah, and I weighed in at 172lbs. woot.
