I had a tablet before (not sure which brand) and it was cool but it was too small for me. I am looking to get something that will give me a little more freedom. I am saving up for a good one. I willing to spend about $500. I think I should be ok with that.

Thank you for those recomendations. I appreciate it. I have always like Anti-Pop for their lyrics. They don't flow well with beats, but their poetic prowess is incredible. However, I have liked their guest work for other artists more than their own. Unfortunately, they broke up in August.

Yes, good choice with the job. As a guitarist, I work in a local music instrument store. I get discounts on music merch which works perfectly. It is hard being an artistic person and settling for demeaning day job, but that's what life has to offer at the moment. I just hope that things improve down the line and someday we won't have to do it anymore.

I feel mad old too (someone will surely bonk my head for that) trying to disguise myself in knee high socks is only a temp solution for youth.

If you want to hear some sick Anti-Pop work, check out Vernon Reid's Masque or DJ Logic's Project Logic record. Beans does fine work on both of those albums.

I know exactly how you feel. I am a musician who lacks the creative force I need to produce. Most musicians have some sort of ego thing going on as well as artists. Everything would be much freer and creative if creative minds work together to produce shit. I am not out to prove anything, I simply love music and find my soul in it. I am also an amateur film-maker and photographer, so give me a shout if you are ever stuck in an inspiration rutt.

hi there...yeah, i've been ranting too. sigh sigh sigh. running away is good. i want to make two trips next year, if my boss will let me. the first trip may be to fiji and new zealand to visit a friend. the second one may be to hong kong, singapore, and japan. maybe that will satisfy me...for a while.

my friends have all moved away too...at first it was a trickle, but now they're all suddenly gone. 3 of them left last week and one more this thursday. it's lonely here!
