shere:

It's been a busy week, so very nearly blogworthy that I figured I'd give it a shot. Be warned in advance, it's pretty dry, but I haven't had anything to say for a while.
I spent the middle of the week in Bethesda (near Baltimore) workin'. It was all speech recognition algorithms and application architecture - not very interesting unless, well, there's something wrong with...

You are to be congratulated! What a beautiful little girl.
I was at the hospital for the last couple days as the hospital-folk tried to induce labor in my wife. Long, excrutiating story short, it didn't happen. I also noticed that the night shift at the hospital is always run by nurses from countries where it is currently daytime who were apparently exiled for committing acts of aggressive violence with IV needles.

Shampoo technology advances by leaps and bounds. But hair is still just dead head effluent. So, I propose a shampoo that reanimates hair, such that it can grab things (Cilia & Shoulders?). That'd finally be a good argument for dude-ponytails.
bellica:
So, zombified hair? I'm not sure what to think, as practical as it may be, I'd be plain scared... You know, basic human behaviour "I don't know it, it scares me, must kill it"...
I keep winding up in situations where I have to communicate with the people I work with, which is often a difficult thing for me to do.
I'll bite words in half while I try to figure out if the person I'm talking to can follow what I'm saying, because half the time I'm not sure how I started the sentence. It certainly doesn't...

You will always be my "little professor" and I love you for it.
It's also very hard for me to follow how we fit together so nicely when I freestyle with reality in all my convos, I guess that kind of makes us simliar yet so different.
But it works, and that's all that matters.

Have you looked into this theory and similar ones, who say that Aspergers is the male brain to a greater degree?
I have a dear philosophy professor friend who said "There seems to be very little difference between being an academic and having aspergers. In fact, there seems to be very little difference between being MALE and having aspergers."
SO when I say weird non-sequitors that are funny to me but can silence a room, what defense can I use?
ANyway, I thought you were charming, smart, and nice. Nice to meet you and wifey
p.s. blogs are only self-indulgent if you do them daily, and like, write abt bathing and eating...

I've always lived with someone who talks loud. That's probably the source of a great deal of my mental instability.

I love the way you just stood up to some people who were a bit loud and obnoxious, frankly. Nice job
bellica:
I don't know, it could be an affecting factor, but as to me, I live alone and still mentally instable...
Smart phones make stupid people. And stupid people are in charge of your life.
In the course of my journeys across the information centers of various corporate and government organizations, I've learned of a phenomenon in the office ecology: the amount of exposure one has to a Blackberry, the less inclined they are for rational discussion of anything. It seems that the newer and more...

Then I would never have any stuff, yet alone a house
Isn't there something fundamentally wrong with talking to the past?
