I haven't updated this in a little bit, so I will now even though I don't have too much to say.

I've been spending a majority of time at my new jobs, eww plural. And School. Most of my friends have been busy with the same type of stuff, so I've been filling up my free time watching all the free movie rentals I can...

I'm testing this blogging with your cell phone thing right now. I'm in
a waste of a class right now, Video Production 1... the instructor was
2 hours late for class, and with the remaining hour, she hasn't taught
anything yet. Oi! And she wonders why no one ever shows up on time for
class. =P

Thanx for the set comments! kiss

Hey!

This is my first blog on SG! I've always been a fan of the site since it first formed way back in the day. I finally loosened that wallet up enough to pony up for a membership. I though, "Hey, why not? maybe I'll get to meet some cool like minded people. What do I've got to loose?" Money, I suppose, but I don't...

Welcome to the website. smile

ps: Suggestions on books? What do you like to read?

Wow. Sicklerville. I rememember about 20 years ago leaving a friend's house in Sicklerville many times (in a state in which I would never consider driving these days) and having to go through an empty tollbooth at night on my way back to Voorhees Township - I recall often seeing in the dim light scattered coins where other poor souls had missed their target. I may have once missed myself and just gone through it, my heart thumping distublingly loud in my chest the whole way home for fear an unseen trooper may somehow know and be on my trail.

Ah, the memories.

Anyway, welcome to SG. If you ever get to these parts, there's a Dali museum in St Petersburg that's phenomenal. Big fan myself. And my stepdaughter & I both love Rob Zombie/White Zombie. Blew me away when at 15 she "borrowed" my 1984 Dead Kennedys T-shirt from when my band was on the bill with them. It was then I knew she had grown up and out of Britney Spears.

Oh, and you can have more than one pic in each album. You can have I believe up to 10 albums with different names/themes.

As far as books, I'd suggest The Perseids & Other Stories by Robert Charles Wilson, a award-winning Toronto SF writer with a sort of dark sense whose wife is in an online group (not in SG) with me. If yo like it (it's an anthology of his older works) he's got tons of other stuff; all good - great lock on people's dichotomies.
