(blood mask)
Marry me at Uluru. No need for blanket or bride.
Kookaburra laughs at Emu. I'm naked, too.
(Now I've gotten specific. Specific environment.
Neighbors tug old enemy. Modern female
Can go reproduce herself. Something
Disturbed by beard; heaven taped to stone
So now, no floating. There's a secret in my
Shinbone. An aging waiting to be flute or
Dry axe one day. That's better. The wet
Bird is burning up. A swamp with a fever)
Crying like a desert.
A solid roar now piecemeal thunder.
Red dust covers everything. Mutilated
Fairytale is elemental structure.
A red dust covers everything...

A good day. Purchased new sink. Guess who has to install it?
Nope. It's me.
Doesn't look too hard.
Lacey's mao-mao bought her some new toys: a leather mousie, which she adores, and a brand new rope-covered scratchie-post. If I gave them to her...NO.....she wouldn't play with them. But mao-mao gives 'em to her and OH BOI!!!
Ah well, no grandkids yet, so this is quite okay. Lacey actually calls her 'mao-mao'. Only time she makes that noise is when she sees her or is looking for her.
She was so funny with the new 'scratchie-post'. It has a blue ball on a spring attached to the top, and I think the color was a bit too much...when she first saw it her eyes got all buggie and blinky. It must have been psychedelic. She's so funny.
Good day for me as well. Great junk shops in Marietta. I went to a place that sells nothing but used books and CD's and picked up a great hardback of Maori and Australian aboriginal lore and a really, really good book on Taoism.
I knew I would pick up Taoist "studies" again soon, because I was recently bitching about how I was over Taoism. Almost without fail, what I complain about is what I end up most closely examining next. This is not news.
Also, my spiritual book club order came in. I got a reflexology technique card deck, Chopras 'Book of Secrets', which I highly recommend if you have trouble swallowing the whole 'enlightenment' thing, and an autobiography of that Allison Dubois woman whom the show 'Medium' is based on.
I'm jazzed. It's Christmas in August!
Reading, reading, reading. Yes!
I found a copy of Animals by Pink Floyd that I'm gonna go back and pick up. Haven't heard that one in years. I looked for some Roger Waters solo stuff and some CD'S by Low, but to no avail.
I would stay longer and write more, but I got work to do.
Anybody want a reflexology treatment once I learn?
Kind of hard to do it over the 'net. Impossible, in fact. But if we meet, hand me your feet!

^^I'm in line behind her
Books are great. We have a used book shop a few blocks down and I am in there weekly, buying new books....
....I have too many books...but I don't care. I love them all.
