I love tha bass. That BOOM!! I love the synthetic bass that rattles the walls. I one time made a bass time for a friend and he entered a CarStero competition and got third place. I was just happy he placed considering the shitty recording. The thing I will never understood is how a sound that you can not hear but you can only feel manages to sneak it's way onto an audio track. So far in my limited music experience I must say that the master of controlling the bass is and has to be Dr Dre. BOOM. Somehow he manages to make the unhearable, feelable and then layers a synth to make it hearable. ( So I realize I am using bad grammar but fuck it ) I managed during my limited time in ATL to see a few studios set up just for rap. Many of them had like straight up monitor speakers then onto the fucking 15's and 10's subs to just manage the bass. Fucking Awesome. Anyway this was pointless blabber to kill the stumping time in my head. Moving on............. Off the subject of bass I just heard of a band called Between the Buried and Me (ignorant revise) last night. FUCKING AWESOME !!! New CD to buy today......
So reveision I just went back and listened to the Scrappy, Lil Jon f.i.l.a. (Forever I Love Atlanta) Yea the bass on this is awesome. Incase you are wondering and do not know Alaska IS NOT a rap album. Far fucking from it... WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAaaaaaa..... Yea I love that shit to.
