So I am going to try and go vegetarian one day a week. I managed to loose 50 pounds before by changing my diet. Then again I was going through the stress of losing my job and a divorce at the same time. Maybe stress is a weight loss booster.
So Im look at my diet again and need to get more motivated to workout. The weather is getting better and sun is out longer so I will be doing my lunch time walks around campus.
I think my first vegetarian meal will be be brown rice, black beans an mango salsa. Thanks Will Wheaton for the dinner idea.

Dude... come to NJ and have dinner with us. There is an amazing Chinese/Japanese vegetarian restaurant that khoos and I haven't been to in ages.

Make sure you still get protein even in your vegetarian meals. Add some tofu or meat substitute. Without protein, you won't feel as full and you'll be more likely to fill on carbs.
