Orancello, Limoncello, Fennel (like Sambuca) and Basil (peppery and minty). 190 Proof Everclear for a week, then dump in some simple syrup and stick in teh freezer. I'm cross eyed already.

At one place I worked we did that with jalapenos. Hell of a jolt. best served cold.lol
