What is chelation therapy? basically a chelating agent is injected into your veins. It clings to heavy metals. It also clings to blood sugar. So I was not very alert, a few hours afterwards while meeting up with cartoonists. (I had to pee like a racehorse after I was done the chelation, too. Which is murder when you're in traffic.)
One of the cartoonists has this band.. The darkest of the hillside thickets.. I love "math song"..

Something I wasn't prepared for was feeling an ice cream headache in my forearm and hand, during the procedure (which took around an hour). The stuff that's injected is room temperature. Your blood is 25 degrees warmer.
After one go I've already experienced some effects - mostly positive. I'll be doing this every Wednesday until the first week of May.
