I've traveled the world I'm home now. I have no job and no life. And I feel sad. I felt sad when I was traveling the world too. Twelve months of backpacking. And for at least five years preceding that. I do smile when I'm drunk though.

I think I was happy for a few weeks in 2003. I had a girl then. I've had...

Places I've experienced: Paris France, Brussels Belgium, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki (good saunas), Tallinn Estonia, Riga Latvia, Barcelona, and Madrid.

I took extra time in Helsinki because the Canadian Embassy took it's time in getting what I needed to vote.

I'm fairly happy about America's choice for President. And with Oil prices going up, so will the Canadian Dollar.

Next stop: Israel.

I got drunk in Dublin, with Germans. One woman I exchanged e-mail addresses with had never heard of the band KMFDM (from Germany). Or Front 242 (from Belgium).

Speaking of music, I know these guys:

Montreal was good because I knew people there. (A few platonic female friends..) Halifax was a good break, allowing me to get more shit together. I enjoyed swimming in the great outdoors. OR smoking free pot in the back alley of the youth hostel I was at. LIstening to Terrence McKenna.

Iceland was amazing, and I wish I was still there. If not for the...

I was in New York for a month this summer. DC for a few days. Niagara Falls for a few days. Hamilton for a few hours. I flew back to Vancouver for a week, stopping on Vancouver Island to pay my respects to my late Grandmother, get drunk after crashing a wedding party, and swimming in a lake surrounded by mountains and trees.

I'm in...

I walk alone, and from the corner of my eye I see the chicks check me out. It makes me smirk. I think of my day job, being groomed to run a company, and at night - a protector at concerts. Both of which I'm leaving behind to see the world.

It'll be interesting.

- The not so boring news: I'm going to use my grandmother's autobiography to make a short comic story. It will be included in a square bound graphic novel anthology, with a theme: 'history'

I'll be trying out a different drawing style too. Something more friendly.

- Somewhat exciting news: I talked to a Realtor tonight, and am selling my condo for much more than...

What is chelation therapy? basically a chelating agent is injected into your veins. It clings to heavy metals. It also clings to blood sugar. So I was not very alert, a few hours afterwards while meeting up with cartoonists. (I had to pee like a racehorse after I was done the chelation, too. Which is murder when you're in traffic.)

One of the cartoonists has...

Today instead of going to practice yoga, I fell asleep in my clothes. Now I'm totally copying recently downloaded copies of the daily show and colbert report onto a thumb drive to watch in my living room, while preparing food (from the kitchen).

I built a black shiny computer for use as a home theatre. Did I mention that It's shiny? It runs on linux....

I'm working at an Eddie Vedder concert this Thursday

Into the Wild was a great movie. Happiness isn't real unless shared.
