I really love candy.
In 2008 I went on a study abroad trip to Berlin, Germany and we spent all of Thanksgiving break running from galleries to museums. Every day I would end up buying gummy candies and chocolate of every flavor. I liked the kinds with marzipan inside. My fondest candy memory was walking through Potsdam and seeing the beautiful Prussian palaces that looked as pretty as cupcakes. The picturesque walk while nomming on a bag of Haribo Happy Cherries was something I won’t forget. When it came time to pack up my bags and go home I realized that I had bought so many chocolates and gummies that there wasn’t enough room for them and my laundry too. I was lucky to have a professor who brought an extra bag to transport my laundry. :P I seriously don’t know what I would have chosen. Scariest would you rather game ever! Totally worth it.
Tonight I’m just chilling with fat sacks of candy; Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Mini’s, Swedish Fish, Sour Patch Kids, and then we got Life cereal and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and two jugs of Hawaiian Punch to wash it all down, Pepsi for a chaser throughout the night. I’ll hate myself tomorrow.
I got my time off accepted so I will be going SummerCamp Music Festival this year! My first time going and I’m so excited. Can’t wait to see Bassnectar, The Floozies, Robotic Pirate Monkey, and I’m eager for them to announce more bands. We’re gonna get weird in the woods! Anyone else going?
