Getting sick, sadly. Had a bad night with the bottle - when I'd been so good lately - on Wednesday and as punishment, my body has succumbed to the nasty cold that's going around the office.

The office is a whole other disease-filled saga that is not worth space here. Still have a job, for now.

L.A. Invasion rocked. I now get the appeal of Against Me. Aside from that, I loved Paramore (second time I'd seen them, the kids rocked their hearts out as the first band), enjoyed Velvet Revolver (cried a little during "Patience" because I am a baby like that), and popped my Smashing Pumpkins cherry.

Realizing I need to set aside time for more tv so I can get my Kristen Bell fix on Heroes
fighting with those you love
A fever/sore throat/malaise combo
