After I left Jason's place on Friday I went to Polly's to meet up with Shawn and his family for a Guinness and to wait for a phone call from either Lori or Heather. It was Heather's 21st birthday that day and both me and Lori (very grudgingly) agreed to take her out for the night on the town. But Heather wanted to eat at Red Lobster first. I had about two Guinnesses at Polly's before I got the call from Lori - she hasn't heard anything from Heather yet. "I was kinda hoping Heather was ditching us," I thought. Anyhow, Lori asked if I would just meet up with her at Red Lobster; I agreed and took Shawn with me. By the time Shawn got to Red Lobster the alcohol took its full effect and he was nice and fucked up when he met Lori. Unfortunately Heather was there too - she was late because of some stupid shit with her cousin. The waitress at Red Lobster was really nice but she sucked at her job. Lori asked for a beer, and the bar at Red Lobster was only five steps away - after a good 7-10 minutes she didn't get her beer. I just went and got it myself. This happened TWICE. We were all there later than expected because of the slow service - until around 10pm. Shawn during the whole time was making a nice drunken ass out of himself; man that guy has got to lay off the alchohol. He drinks like an Irishman. He just needs to stay away from Polly's, where his family and friends buy him drinks all the time. Although Polly's is a nice place. Anyway, our first stop for Heather's "night on the town" was Illusions, where I bought a Shark Bowl for her. She drank it in about an hour, which got her nice and vischnickered. Lori says she'd like to see Heather dance on top of the bar at Coyote's; normally I wouldn't want to go there but I was hoping to find some solace and comfort by familiar faces. When we all get there, Lori buys Heather a couple drinks, then we decide to play air hockey. Heather, while watching me and Lori play, passes out in the corner. We had a good chuckle at that, and kept playing our game. We played about three games, then Lori was about to whip out a marker from her purse to start drawing things on Heather and take a picture of it (as friends often do when they are drunk and passed out) - then she froze all of a sudden and said "Uhhhhhh ew". Heather puked on the table she was sitting next to; popcorn shrimp and all. And Heather kept puking and puking and puking - I've NEVER seen somebody puke so much in my life (and I've been to college)! I told the bouncers and gave them a hundred apologies; they were pretty cool about it. Needless to say, Lori took Heather home (which thankfully wasn't that far away). Then I found our friends Mike, Ashley and a few of their friends on the floor dancing right around the corner - I HAD to join them! Boy was I glad to see them; damn I needed some release that night. I did the robot, the mash potato, I go-go danced, also a little breakdancing, I just let myself loose. It was a lot of fun. I was there until the bouncers kicked us out.
