I just sent a solicitation off to three distributors for my comic. It's happening! I can't wait to start selling it. I'm expecting a June release date of it now (not August like I predicted earlier); hopefully Uncle Sam will be nice to me with my taxes this year and I can use the money to go into convention appearances.
I found this on a message board...now THIS is a complete Star Wars costume!
Ah yes, Star Wars fans' geekiness knows no bounds!
Could someone recommend me some really good ska music? I'm in the mood.

Good ska? Stick with the original stuff from Jamaica (Toots and Maytalls; Early Marley; Desmond Decker; Skatalites), the second wave stuff from the UK (The Specials; Madness; English Beat; The Selecter), and punk influenced stuff (The Clash's "Bankrobber" comes to mind; Operation Ivy/Rancid). I also kinda like some of the newer stuff by the likes of Hepcat and theToasters. You'll be ranking and skanking in no time, rude boy!
