It's been three months, but I'm back. I new if I was gone long enough someone would talk to me. I have become reacquainted with an old friend via e-mail and haven't had time for anyone else. Well... besides the obligatory family e-mails. Nothing quite like volleying awkward small talk in text form.

I seem to have forgotten the English language. I was once a poet, and now I can barely write an intelligent e-mail. My favourite poetic subject was unrequited love, but I don't have that problem anymore. I can't write about being loved back for some reason. Seems I've lost the muse I never had.

I am painting better than ever, at least. Though, most like my old stuff more than the new. Since my old stuff is fully clothed angels and my new stuff is nude absinthe fairies, I can see why, I guess. This is the land of Ashcroft, after all.
