I cant remember whose comments I replied to. Ive been gone for the last few days. I was in Branson with my aunt. We went to the Silver Dollar City World Fest. It was awesome. The Bulgarian dancers were so so so so so AMAZING. I couldve watched them all day. We saw the Ukrainian and Russian dancers too. They were all amazing. The Bulgarian...

I am sorry that you and your guy are fighting. These things happen. Thus is the reality of dating. I hope that things bet better for you. No problem on the compliments you make it easy.

ah the kid thing. there's a poem somewhere that sums it up pretty well. i don't have a copy of it or i'd post it. but basically it explains that even though kids destroy your house terrorize the dog and or cat . eat the gold fish.
write on the walls tear up your carefully planned stackable shelves because they can.
once you've had them and experienced their joy at finding a ladybug on the screen door. how could anyone go back to not having a child. the hardest thing in the world for me is not getting to see them everyday not getting to watch them grow up. and when i do get them that last night before they have to go back . going to sleep knowing that tomorrow is the first day of the next six months before i'm truely happy again. before i can breath in the scent of my childrens joy and laughter.
six months before i once again don the mask of darth daddy and be foiled by the two jedi who so dearly love swordfighting their arch nemesis.
(and no i'm not expecting you to be amused tongue not sure why i went on that little rant. guess i had to get it off my chest. )

thank you for letting me vent. smile

oh and your still a hottie and i make the best damn waffle in springfield!!!

My baby is grillin' steak for me tonight. He's the best. I love having a back yard. We often do stuff like this on Sundays. We enjoy the life God gave us while everyone else is in church, learning to fear it. And they have the nerve to call us sinners...

"The kisses thou hast spent upon my lips
Hath quench'd a thirst more aching in want
Than the parch'd tongue for the water it sips,"

This could be the one and only verse in the most beautiful song in the world.

If you like that sign, you can follow the web address at the bottom of it, and make your very own, saying anything your little heart desires. biggrin

I was able to dig up an old journal of mine, there is a poem in it that I wrote shortly after having met my husband. It's not my best, but it's something, and I did promise you something. It's nowhere near as eloquent or beautiful as yours...but again, it's something.

when you found me, I was raining.
scattered like the ash from my cigarette.
strangled by my need to remain, to exist.
dwindled down to clay, misshapen, deformed,
turning black with decay.
becomming one with the world
a translucent form, a shallow puddle.
the nothingness was growing, engulfing me,
but you brought me back from the void,
rekindled the flame that I am.
And I burn brightly
in the mirror of your eyes.

Thanks!

Yeah, I feel really lucky that my mom is so supportive. My dad is also, so that's extra cool. I wish more people's parents were.

Yay for Astroglide!

Okay, I totally didn't know that those pics were fake, but that makes me feel MUCH better about the situation. I was really afraid for your insides. wink

How's your transitional period treating you? You have a few years before you have to start really thinking about 30, but I had a friend point out the truth about 30 as I've known it (you know, my big 6 months of experience) . . . I just look at it like my most stupid mistakes are hopefully all past me. I've officially left the dicking-around-decade. tongue

I have "Jesus Walks" as my ringtone to warn me when my family is calling. Gotta have a heads up when you get a call from the Bible Belt. wink

How's everything this week?

Well... Kyle's mom's a bitch. She's a bit fat bitch.
She's the biggest bitch in the whole wide world.
She's a stupid bitch if there ever was a bitch.
She's a bitch to all the boys and girls.

I swear... sometimes, I think that is my favourite song ever.

I've always thought about moving to Canada. I'm sure that has nothing to do with the legal selling of weed in the Vancouver cafes. Nothing at all. blackeyed

Yeah, we were pretty damn nice to the lady who hit our car. Anyone in her situation needs kindness, at least. I too am wondering what kind of family would let someone drive themself to surgery but what do I know? At least her insurance has been cool so far.

Thanks for telling me I'm going to get sued though . . . that always brightens up a girl's holiday weekend. wink

Got a letter from the landlord explaining how a neighbour had reported us for parking a car in the yard and that we needed to move it. Now, thanks to this letter I hate all my neighbours. If it's a scare tactic, it's a stupid one. I wouldn't blame the landlord for checking up on us, it's his place, BUT telling us that one of...

I bitched, earlier, that I had to go to Wal-Mart tonight, but I found the best stuff. I got Nicholas Nickleby, Impromptu, and Valmont on DVD for $6 a piece, a Marx Bros and a George & Gracie DVD for $1 a piece, and 7 yards of this BRILLIANT Chinese-esque red satin material for $2.47 a yard. I detest Wal-Mart with everything in me, but...

That poem is amazing. I have such respect and awe for poets. I've tried. It's ugly.

How is it that you've been here since May and we're just now saying hello? That's what I love about this site - something new every day. smile
adhamlyn:
happy belated valentines.

love your pics by the way.

Christmas was good. Spent it with good people. That is always a plus. Got drunk on New Years. Things are pretty uneventful otherwise. I am still unpacking. I will be unpacking until the day I start packing again. That's how I do it. Until something grand and noteworthy happens, I will probably just keep posting mediocre poetry.

aww thanks! I like the way my boobs look in that corset as well. If I may be so vain. blush And yes, boobs ARE wonderful. hehe. I dont have any of my "real" art online, it's all hanging on my walls, I'll have to take some pictures of some of my stuff sometime.

Speaking of pics, yours are FANTASTIC!

wow, you are amazingly beautiful, i just love this picture, plus it gives me a glimpse of your art.

One of the things I love about moving is getting to paint and decorate the new place. I want to be an interior decorator someday. I'm such a nerd. hehe.

The pics of you and your boy are adorable. I need to take some new ones of my husband and I together.
