SuicideGirls seeks an enthusiastic rockstar to assist both our Customer Service and Social Media teams in Los Angeles, CA! Do you love helping people and want to come to the rescue of SG members and models with questions? Do you have mad skills finding awesome photos, writing great captions, and keeping it all organized at the same time?

JOB DUTIES:
-Answering help requests and emails and assisting members and models with their accounts
-Moderation of the site: groups, blogs, etc.
-Creating posts and engaging with audience on various social media platforms to build our presence and following
-Partnering with the Social Media and Marketing teams on various projects and tasks
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
-6 months+ customer service experience (retail, phone, or web)
-Familiarity with various social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter a must; experience with YouTube and Reddit preferred
-Great image curation and copy writing skills
-Familiarity with SUICIDEGIRLS.COM and SuicideGirls community preferred
-Basic Photoshop editing skills (mostly graphic design, some retouching)
-Excellent written and verbal communication, including taking direction precisely
-Organized, focused, and great attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and pivot easily between completing priority tasks at a moment’s notice and maintaining a self-directed work-flow
-Skilled with computers, as majority of work is done online
-Basic Google Sheets / Excel skills preferred

LOCATION: Position is in the Franklin Village neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA, so you *must* reside in the LA area
PAY: Dependent on experience
