Excellent and empowering. I deal now with the same angst. A part of my family invited me to care for a sick relative who became violently combative after not taking her medications or her drinking heavily when she did take them. I spent all of February in 4 different hospitals recovering from the physical injuries and anxiety, and the stress upon my heart. I learned that she doesn’t care about me at all, nor does that part of my family. For me to become angry only costs me more stress and allows the events to live on way beyond their worth. Thank you for sharing this. ☮️
