so, we get to athens and go to get christopher in college and they tell him to do some shit and they'll get back to him in a month or so...oh well, there goes that idea. then we call every apartment in the yellow pages and make a list of places that we can afford. the next day, we go and look at all of them...and they're all dumps. over-priced dumps, at that. just when we had given up all hope of finding a decent place, we stumble upon this newly constructed building that looked really nice. we thought for sure that it'd be out of our price range, but we looked anyway. it turned out to be the nicest place we've ever seen. now, we're trying to figure out ways to cut corners so that we can afford it...we're short like $100 a month...anybody want to give me some money?
i went to the technical school to try and get into the cosmetology program. it seemed nice, but since i don't live in state, it's going to be twice as much as usual...after i live there for a year though, IT'S TOTALLY FREE!!!! i love you georgia lottery! now go out and spend your welfare checks, fools! lucky numbers are: 27, 15, 06, 38, and 12.

Blech...apartment hunting. Happy I don't have to do it again for another year+. The ways that've planned out are word-of-mouth stuff w/ locals (employees @ places near I'd want to live near), classifieds, etc. Nice to hear of something free for once, even if it takes some time first.
