I've driven 14 hours in the past three days. I guess it's not really all that much. It's just a lot for me. The drive home this morning was a piece of cake, because since I left at 5am there was no one on the road, no traffic, just smooth sailing through central california.
This is my favorite time of year to make the trek from Santa Barbara to SF because everything is so green. Miles and miles of green hillsides dotted with vibrant yellow mustard flowers. Amazing. Yay for spring.
When I got home the second I stepped out of the car the first thing I noticed was the smell of jasmine. This is the best omen there is. It's going to be a fantastic spring break.
I have people I could go visit right now, but I'm having so much fun hermiting around in my parents' house while there gone that I don't think I'm going to put one toe out the front door.
I'm a happy Beezer.
p.s. I'm gone skiing till friday. I love you all.
