I just spent the last hour and a half transcribing lines spoken in Arabic into phonetics. I'm taking a break before I transcribe the English lines into English spoken with an Arabic accent in phonetics. Then I have more research to do on the history of Palestine, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and the history of Kuwait. I should be getting more than 3 units for this show. It's like doing a show and taking a class all rolled into one time consuming package.

Today was a perfect sunny Santa Barbara day. I went down town to run errands, then came back up here and read Carl Sagan sitting under a tree on the cliffs listening to the waves. I love days when the breeze is the same temperature as your skin, and when it blows it feels like being caressed. Days like today make me want to wear belly shirts and short skirts and run around barefoot in the grass.
