I'm sick of feeling overweight, I'm sick of not eating right and not wanting to, I'm sick of not fitting into my clothes, not having any energy to do anything, being out of breath after just running a quarter mile. I'm sick of having a pouch, I'm sick of weighing myself and never liking the number. I hate how long it takes to lose just 2 pounds.. I'm just sick of being tired, and tired of being sick..
I need some help people. I'm discouraged with my work outs and need to pass a military pt test. This pt test isn't only for me to stay in the military and get promoted, but this is to prove to MYSELF that I can do this. I know I can do this, it would just be helpful to know that other people (even people that don't really know me) have faith in me, and want to see me succeed.
Please give me some helpful tips to keep healthy, any websites I can join for motivation? Any inspirational quotes that helped you? Any helpful work outs to shed off extra weight? Recipes?

Also, lay off the shity food. It only makes you feel tired and sluggish. That is why you can't lose the weight. Eat healthy, high energy foods and train your ass off. You will feel good about yourself again
