Well, Dave made an ass of himself last night. I was in my Cisco networking class and we got started playing around with routers and setting up networks. We were working in groups of three and I ended up with two morons. One couldn't follow an instruction as simple as "enter the commands I tell you to and then WAIT." Oh no, he had to go and do his own thing. One command would be given to get you to a certain spot then dude would go and do something that put him in another mode. This wouldn't be so bad if by the next command he was back where he was supposed to be, but he wasn't smart enough for that. When the instructor gave us a new command he would just enter it whether he was at the right command prompt or not. The other goon was to busy surfing the net, talking on his cell phone, and instant messaging somebody to actually do something stupid like LISTEN TO THE FUCKING INSTRUCTOR. So while I was trying to take notes and do the shit I was taking notes on at the same time I was also having to fix the fuckups of the other two. It escalated to the point where I disrupted the whole class cursing at these two. I feel rather bad about it now. Not bad for the dudes I cursed, but for the instructor. He's been a really cool instructor and didn't deserve to have an irate spiked leather clad freak screaming curses in the middle of his class. I had to apologize to him today which is not something I'm particularly good at, but a moron's gotta do what a moron's gotta do. Right? Right.
