I've already done so at the advanced polls, but if you haven't yet there's still a few hours left! Your boss is legally required to allow you time to vote, and as long as you have proof of address (which you can bring something from the bank) and something with your name, like a credit card, student ID, or health card, you can register at...

Hey there folks! Figured I'd update everyone with how I've been doing lately.

I mentioned before that I was without internet for a while because I just moved. I'm now living with one of my partners, and I'm very much enjoying the new place. For one, there's not 20-some housemates here, so I can wear as little as I'd like. Also, nobody steals my food...

Cool. I just checked out Playground and it sounds interesting. I might come up to TO for the Saturday. Aside from your panel there's one on Fat Activism that looks good, and I'd be down for the Boardgames later that night.

For this week's @BLOGHOMEWORK, we're asked what our first job was like.

I had a couple little jobs when I was younger, like babysitting and working at my parent's office. Babysitting was about what you'd expect, and I never really liked kids, but I was ok at it. My dad is an optometrist and my mother is is main secretary/bookkeeper, so work at the...

I've worked some of the same jobs as you, but my very first job was delivering newspapers. That got very interesting in the winter. Worst job I had was working on a press. It was hard physical labour and started at 9 at night and went until 9 the next morning in a brutally hot environment. I was on my feet nearly the entire time. I don't know what job I'd consider the best as they've all had positive and negative points. I will say this, I still miss the team I had when I worked at my last job but the job itself sucked and the managers there were assholes.

Just wanted to post a little blog to let you all know what's been happening with me lately. There's been a few changes, almost all of them are awesome amazing, and I figured I'd share!

First thing has been my work recently. My 'normal' person job has been really slow and hasn't given me many hours. Luckily modelling has really started taking off, and enough...

This week's @bloghomework asks us about our best friends online and who we'd like to meet in real life. I don't have many online friends that I haven't met in real life already, but there are a few.

The first person I'd love to meet is @adria. She and I have the same medical syndrome, and she's helped me a lot over the past 2...

Finally doing some @bloghomework! This week @radeo, @missy, and @lyxzen asked us if we've ever met anyone famous. I've actually met a few!

The first famous person I ever met was Ed Norton on the set of The Hulk. My aunt was a head librarian at a University of Toronto college that happened to be used as a set for the movie. I was volunteering...

You got to meet Colin Mochrie? That's awesome! He is one of my favourite parts of Who's Line. Him and Ryan are an awesome improv team. I think the most famous people I've met from TV are Teddy from Spacecast and Liana K. from the Ed The Sock show. I've met a few SF and Fantasy authors but few people know who I'm talking about when I mention them.
