I took a shower. lit a candle while I showered. washed my hair and my face and the rest of myself. I pretended to be sexy. I sat and let the water pound on me. I turned the shower head so it only produced a single stream of water and I did yoga in the shower. Had the water angled so that when I stood up and bent back the water hit my forehead, the rest of the time it hit my back or thighs. Yoga in the shower is a little tricky beacuse of a lack of space. but it was very refreshing and I feel at peace. Yoga in the shower will become an frequent occurence.
