A little behind on these @BlogHomework assignments, like I said I've been crazy busy. But here it goes @Rambo @Missy @Lyxzen
"Describe your ultimate 'Last Supper' meal."
If you couldn't tell, I'm Italian. And obviously we have some of the best dishes in the world. And my lifetime favorite dish, simple as it is, has always been Chicken Marsala.
The all white-meat breast (no rib meat, of course) big chunks or Portobello mushrooms, and a healthy splash of Marsala wine. Omg. It's just the perfect blend.
Throw some butter in a saute pan, coat the chicken breast in some light flour, flip it over once lightly browned, add some beef stock, a little heavy cream and the Portobellomushrooms. Let the Portobellos shrink down a little then add the Marsala.
Serve it with some steamed broccoli brushed with butter and garlic. Lightly sprinkle some Asiago cheese over the whole dish, and its just a magical creation.
Then I would have an Early Grey Latte afterwards with a Vanilla creme canolli. I would die one happy individual. Hope you guys enjoyed this one :)
