Had the most vivid dreams last night.
One of them involved suddenly realizing I was pregnant and subsequently giving birth. And being upset and dreading it but then falling in love with the baby and breastfeeding it and everything. And Erik was really happy and we were excited. But then I left it on the floor and forgot about it for a while and when I came back it was dead and shriveled up. It was a boy. I was so upset.
The rest of the dreams weren't so upsetting.
Ha. Sideways is on HBO. What a great movie.
Had Indochine last night with the boyfriend, couple of chicas from work, and their boys. So rarely do I go out for a group meal. Probably b/c it was so expensive. But it was a lot of fun. Wonder if the sake influenced my dreams....now that I think about it, I told my brother I was pregnant when we were eating at that same restaurant. Then to have that dream. Argh. Kinda knocked me down a little bit. It's 11:00 and I haven't done ANYTHING besides sit on the couch all day.

yeah, i don't even know how to comment on that dream right now except to say be glad it was a dream. it's strange how we all think we know how we'll handle a huge life change when it comes around, and yet we're always blindsided when it does. i wonder how accurate dreams are in that sense...
