Whew! What a week! I'm exhausted....ever since the downturn of the American economy, I haven't watched the news, so I have no idea what's going on, other than hearing what people say. I think that we have reached a "crisis point" or something like that, but it doesn;t seem so to me. I was lucky that my division (the whole floor) is moving to a French bank (BNP Paribas), who's about the one of the few places making profit (because French do not like taking risks with real estate, lucky). Originally my division was with Bank of America, and whew, lucky we aren;t there anymore.
However, I'm so busy because of new accounts, I haven;t responded to people in a week. I have been in some all-nighters recently...and there will be another one next week too.
Even more so.
I don;t mind the all-nighters, but lately, the past week seems so surreal. Though I haven;t watched the news, I did manage to watch Samurai Jack, Season 3, Disc 2. it's an awesome series....though I must say, I'm keeping the disc for a long time already. LOL.
I'm watching episode by episode, in addition to watching only snippets of the new shows coming out.
Anyway, tomorrow, I finally have some free time. Where will I spend it?
Well, there's a place in NYC called the Amato Opera (319 Bowery) next to the old CBGB. It's a community opera, and my friend encouraged me to attend it, I think it's great she recommended it, I've never been in an opera before (I can't hear). I got front row seats, so that will ensure I can hear....or turn off my hearing aids because it's loud. LOL.
Time for bed....zzzz......
