life is good. work is good. so far this year is shaping up nicely.

most of all i'm happy being single and with the things i'm working on at home and at work.

any my meditation practice is deepening each month. normally i wouldn't see distinct progress, but that last few months have made a real difference in my day to day life. nice to know i'm not just spinning my wheels.
