ugh...classes were cancelled today due to the teachers strike in BC...would have been nice to know before getting no sleep over a presentation i was supposed to give and then walking all the way there in the pouring rain...oh well at least i have the avro off so i can go to the pub!

had a great long weekend home for thanksgiving...danced, drank, ate, slept, shopped ~ basically had a good time!

but damn it is always good to come back to my own bed

just back from five days of holiday with my family...reminded me of being a little kid and taking summer trips...although there was a lot more wine consumed than i remember

My last surviving grandfather is the guru of geneology in our family .... he has managed to trace our family a fair way back into the annuls[sp] of time.
