SO gym again today.
I'm on a mostly cardio program (circuit) for the time being - 20 minutes a day
plan is to lose 50 (no kidding... 50) pounds, then go on a weight program and gain back 30 of them... except not attached to my tummy *lol*
steps for 30 seconds... then a weight machine, more steps, next machine... 10 machines, 11 sets of steps *lol* 10 second in between machine and steps.
By the time I'm done with this, I'm gonna have the stamina of a small army - then I just need to find an orgy to test it out on *giggles*
