So today I said fuck it.
I joined a gym, and did my first workout circuit... I'm in pain, and it sucks. On the bright side, it felt good at the same time, and I know if I keep it up, I'll be back in my size 32 jeans in a couple months.
Now it's just a matter of deciding how often to go - I was thinking 3 times a week, but maybe 5 would be better... it's only a 20 minute workout, but it's intense, and my whole body aches - give it a few months and we'll see what happens.
I need a nap.

you should start off slow with 3 times a week and work your way up, otherwise you'll be straining so much your muscles wont have time to heal.
