My finger felt better this morning - looked better too.
It still looks better, but I suspect I was a little overly enthusiastic using it today, and it's feeling a bit numb at the moment.
So I went down to Bellingham today, filled up with gas, wandered about Barnes and Noble a bit...
Jack in the Box's "Ultimate Cheeseburger" really is... although I do want to check out some of the non-nationwide chain burger places and restaurants in the area. If anyone knows of a really, really good eatery in or inbetween Bellingham and Seattle, please drop me a note about it.
The other thing I have an urge to find is a coffee shop.
Not a starbucks type thing - a place with couches and books, and erratic employees, where weird, odd, and off the wall kinds of people hang out endlessly and drink coffee and play games and talk bullshit.
Corporate Coffee Culture blows.
Counter Coffee Culture is just as full of shit, but at least it doesn't pretend to be something else...
The coffee shop can be anywhere from Seattle to Vancouver... I want a place I can drop in on once a week, drink coffee, and relax, read, play games, and so on.
I suppose it would be super hip to have it in the coffee capital of north america, but close to home would be good too
And honestly, I'm not really hip enough to care about hip *lol*
