Despite all the devision between political parties... the only real difference?

The democrats and republicans. Same idiots, same values. One panders to uptight people afraid of change, one panders to free thinkers and reform oriented folks - but who they pander to, and what their real agendas are are 2 completely different things.
Same with the Liberals and Conservatives. Both parties of lying, deceptive jackasses.
Sucks when you're asked to choose between the two
Of course - if you're ever living with a government full of jackasses doing stupid things, ALWAYS vote for the other guy... because voting for the jackass doing stupid things gives the jackass a mandate to continue doing stupid things.
Voting for the other guy sends a message that stupid will not be tolerated... makes govenment pay attention to what they do, and how it may reflect on them, when they don't know for sure that the upcoming election will go their way
