so I took over this job in the beginning of october and it's been a hell of a learning experience since. halfway into the month we got a michelin star and the books have been pretty full since. on top of it we've got staffing problems, my produce purveyor's been fuckin' up, my sexual frustration is at a breaking point, and my health, both physical and mental, is in need of some serious help.
like a wise member of the culinary professional group once reminisced upon, the phrase "good fuckin' times" comes to mind.
I need a hot psychiatrist girlfriend and the ability to pause time.
