So with the money I could have spent getting my own SG account, I was instead commissioning a friend to make a portrait of me based on this old (much doctored) picture:



I'd initially fixed it up for the self portrait project a couple years ago, but clearly that's gone nowhere. So, my friend Tess Rodriguez had a medical mishap recently and was soliciting commissions to help pay her hospital bills. Fell together and I decided to just hire her for the project. Maybe I can have other artists paint me/draw me too... that's what people did in the old days...
