So according to my math, I should be aiming to eat around 1400 calories a day with the amount of exercise I am getting from walking. I may need to subscribe to the Scottish tradition of deep frying everything to hit that mark.
Actually if I brought my Elvis Sandwich recipe (grilled peanut butter and banana) to be deep fried at some chippy, that might be an improvement. I think I've heard you can just pay them to batter and fry stuff. Though seems like it might be something they only do for packaged foods, otherwise who knows what people might bring in.

Have a bit of an urge to go out to the pubs or something tonight but I actually have work to do so need to be home right at midnight to light candles for a client. I'm reading a book that I got from the library called The Edwardians, which I hope will get more interesting soon or else I might give up on it.
