I think I need to put butter on everything I eat, and do more situps -- something to counteract that I seem to be losing my butt from the amount of walking I'm doing, it's getting sort of flattened (and there was never much of it to begin with.) And then if I do put on any weight it's seeming to want to stick in the stomach region to protect all those internal organs laying around in there. I need some kind of counter-walking exercise to shape things the way I want. When I was about 17 I was doing 2,000 crunches a day for a while, but I ceased to have time or energy for it after a time. I have trouble doing 50 in a row at this point. I think I'd like to be able to get back to the point of being able to do at least 250 in a row, maybe 500.
I thought the kitchen felt warm but it was apparently cold enough that if I drank tea and then spoke or breathed from my mouth I was producing steam, like some kind of dragon.

Hope you can get back into doing crunches again, don't try to do too many at first, ease yourself into it gradually...
Can't say I've been able to see steam coming from my mouth while I've been indoors before...
Doesn't make you a dragon, but I like the image.
