Kind of cooped up in the house today... my legs and feet are not happy to do anymore walking. I bought Max Strength Deep Heat Lotion at Boots yesterday to assist with the problem. I think I need a foot bath of some kind, however -- I don't have any suitable basins in the house and have yet to locate one.
Today I ate a potato with garlic-chive-onion cheese filling (I bought some garlic and chive cottage cheese on discount at Scotmid, and I got some garlic onion dip for some veggies the day before; so I just stirred a bit of the two together and used it for the potato.) And also I had noodles with peas and a mustard-butter sauce, I need to think of some better name for that. Pasta Piselli? It seems like it would actually be a better side-dish, or something served as a bed for a piece of fish or meat.
So it's been a month in Edinburgh. I have enjoyed myself a bit more than in Santa Fe though I'd hoped I be doing more socializing... the couple of friends I made out here in summer haven't wanted to hang around with me for various reasons, and the couple new friends have not advanced to that point either. Maybe I'll meet some folks at the SG Scotland meet later in the month.

Maybe something like epsom salts?

I just found out that adding vodka to the water helps the epsom salts / herbs do their job. ...*cheap vodka* that is...
