Went to buy a smallish bottle of Scotch (I am not usually a big drinker and a large bottle of anything usually lasts for years.) Picked out the Famous Grouse, but the clerk asked me what size I wanted... and I stood there all dumb for several seconds because I had a suspicion "a pint" wasn't going to mean anything to him.
But in the end I did get my 58 ml of Famous Grouse for about $18, and made a drink called a Scotch Mist (hot tea, scotch, honey and cream.) Two of those little devils got me nicely buzzed.
Spent much of the day writing blog posts... 2 blogs one can keep at a leisurely pace, 3 blogs requires treating it like real work. At the moment I am maintaining I Eat Alone, The Gibson Girl's Guide to Glamor, and Spellcaster's Source.

You seem a damn site happier now than when you were in New Mexico.

That drink sounds so delicious and interesting. I will have to try it out sometime. Also, I really enjoy your blog The Gibson Girl's Guide to Glamor. I'll check out your others too.
