Yesterday I stayed in the house (especially since the heat was running for some reason) and just kind of nursed my feet and back.
Today I was going to be a productive member of society and at least go out and buy stuff, but I felt tired and stayed in a second time.
I will almost certainly go out tomorrow though because I have an event to attend in the evening.
Today I ate a croque madame and the messiest peanut butter and honey sandwich ever (I put it on very fresh hot out of the oven bread, which melted all the peanut butter -- very tasty but very messy.) [edit: and also a ham and butter sandwich because I got hungry again late.] I did put myself to some use and made a real grocery list, however. I have so many sauces and spices to buy! And already spent too much damn money this month -- at this rate there's not going to be any side trips to Bath or York like I'd hoped.

Sodium Bicarbonate can be purchased in large containers in stores such as Makro and Wilkinson. You could try Bookers Cash & Carry as well. Don't confuse it with Washing Soda (Sodium Carbonate) and especially dont confuse it with Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide... good for putting down sink drains in order to kill germs and clear out grime but very bad indeed for skin).
